Posing

Posing is one of the most difficult things when it comes to getting your photos taken.  What do you do with your hands?  If you have an idea of what you want in your session having a pinterest board and sharing it with me, or sending me screenshots is very helpful.  It is even better if you can share your ideas with the other people in your sesion beforehand so that they know what to expect. The unposed look is very popular and achieved by using prompts and taking a lot of pictures.   My years of shooting film makes me lean towards doing posed photos the most, but being able to show emotion is where prompts come into play.
